If you don’t receive your order for any reason, we will reship the package at our expense.
Time for delivery
It takes approximately 3 days to process your order and for the items to clear quality control department.
It takes 10 – 15 business days for the order to be delivered to your address. During holidays, due to higher volume, the time for delivery might take longer.
Tracking your order
We ship all our packages with Express Air Mail. As soon as the order is shipped you will receive tracking number for the parcel, so you can track the progress of package. Please allow several days for shipping company site to update tracking number information.
Custom taxes
Customers are responsible for any custom taxes. We mark all the packages with low monetary value, thus you shouldn’t have to pay import tax.
